“I always keep Parmigiano-Reggiano, Coach Farm green peppercorn [goat cheese],
and pecorino Toscano. And a lot of wine. Stuff that looks like leftovers is food that Leo,
our great babysitter from Acapulco, made. I’m not sure what ground flaxseed is doing
in the fridge, but I think I will throw it out.”
