Profile
This swank Midtown restaurant credits the bustling business in its bar area to the perfectionist beverage manager, who's chosen to offer perennial favorites (mojitos, margaritas) at the same time as inventing some new classics, including the tasty Irish Sage (Jameson Irish whiskey, Irish Mist liqueur, fresh muddled sage, and a touch of fresh lemon). Beacon is primarily a restaurant, but with a drink list so extensive and adventurous, it's a wonder anyone ever makes it to their table.
